The principle of the Agrosta@100Touchscreen is very simple : You press the sensor (up to the plastic abutment) on each fruit, and the softness (Durofel Index between 0 & 100%) is automatically registered. The fruits are classified by batch. You obtain for each batch statistical results : Average, standard deviation... The batches are classified in a database that can register up to 64 000 batches of 64 000 measurements You can find previous batches through classification by name or date, display comparative curves and access to data.
