MTS 8202.LLT(CFK)

The MTS8202.LLT CFK C-frame system made from CFRP is the perfect complement to the MTS 8202 series, when large strip widths needed to be inspected with C-shaped measurement technology in metal processing applications. The rigidity of the system enables maximum precision measurement in rolling mills and service centers. Due to its low weight, the C-frame system is ideally suited to flexible use at different measuring points in the rolling process. The high lateral resolution of the laser line enables geometrical thickness measurement of fluted or checker plate, measurement of gap widths, as well as the accurate measurement of the profile on the edge of the strip. These are characteristics that are impossible to measure using conventional isotope or X-ray equipment, due to the size of the measuring spot.
