AU - 2017A Laboratory Pulping Unit (Glycol Bath)

 

For laboratory production of chemical pulp. Provided with six autoclaves, pressure tested, each of 2.5 liter rotate in heated poly glycol bath and suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry wood.

Heating elements provided with to stage heater capacity 7.5 Kw each Digital temp Indicator-cum-controller precisely control the temperature range 50o-250oC.

Drum rotation approximate 3 rpm.

Maximum Working pressure 15 Kg./cm2.

Extra Optional : 
Microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller with facility of more detailed pre-programming of boiling sequence.

Digester provided with Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller, Pressure indicator, Safety Valve and sampling valve.
Control Panel an infinitely adjustable power regulator for heating function and other controls required for operation.
