Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TIME 2110

 

The principle of Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is ultrasonic pulse reflection. The pulse was reflected back to the probe when the ultrasonic pulse sent by the probe reaches the material interface through the tested object. We can get the thickness of the measured material based on the accurate time that the ultrasonic transits in the material. Time Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge series are non-destructive testing instrument integrated with modern scientific electronic and measuring technology. They are equipped with microcomputers that can analyze, handle and display the current data. Furthermore, they are integrated with highly optimized measuring circuit, which makes them have the advantage of high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, being easy to operate, stable working and so on. TIME2110 is the basic model of TIME2110 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge series. Based on the ultrasonic principle, this instrument can test the hardness of all the good ultrasonic conductor material, such as metals, plastic, ceramic, glass and so on.

? Automatic non-linear compensation: within the full range, computer software is used to correct the non-linear errors of the probe for the purpose of improving the accuracy

? The upward and downward adjustment keys enable prompt selection of sound velocity, thickness, and check the thickness memory units

? Prompt for coupling state: provide coupling indication and the observation of the stability of the indication can tell if the coupling is normal

? Ten thickness values can be stored without loss after turn-off, which is very convenient for measuring in field and high platform

? Measuring sound velocity: according to the test block’s thickness, sound velocity can be measured directly needless to search in the conversion table

? Sound velocity of five different materials can be stored

? Low voltage indication

? Automatic turn-off

? All keys enclosed----oil proof for longer service life
