Sensor EddyNCDT 3100 Tester
The eddyNCDT 3100 represents the new generation of inductive displacement sensors (eddy currents). The configuration of the measurement system is effected via a web interface which can be easily operated. Additional software is not required. Since all characteristics are stored within the sensor, all eddy current displacement sensors of the series 3100 can be easily exchanged without requiring an additional calibration. Now available: Java 9 compatible controller firmware

Ideal for harsh environments
The eddyNCDT 3100 uses a patented temperature compensation method to provide unmatched stability even in fluctuating temperatures. Controller and sensors are both suitable for use in harsh environments. This is particularly favorable in environments where pressure, dirt and high temperatures are present.
Application versatility
Due to its high resolution and linearity, the measurement system is ideal for demanding measurement tasks. Providing a bandwidth of 25kHz (-3dB), the eddyNCDT 3100 can also be used in high speed measurement tasks. The sensors can be adjusted easily for ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic targets. Up to 10 controllers can be synchronized for measurements using several channels. All settings are made using the intuitive web interface, eliminating the need for installing any special software.
