This high-performance instrument benefits from the versatility of the SCOPIX models, offering 5 tools in 1: oscilloscope, multimeter, FFT analyser, harmonic analyser and recorder. It includes 2 isolated input channels (600 V CAT III). Now offering even better performance, it has a bandwidth of 200 MHz and a sampling rate of 2.5 GS/s per channel in one-shot mode (100 GS/s in repetitive mode). Equipped with a 12-bit converter, the OX 7202 provides a wide dynamic range for input, from 156 mV/div to 200 V/div. In oscilloscope and multimeter modes, it allows triggering and acquisition according to measurement thresholds.
