Printing plate thickness tester No.2385

This tester measures the thickness of a printing plate. It is mainly used for plate thickness measurement after completing grinding of glass plates or after finishing the plate making process. It incorporates a measurement level block sitting on a table and a retaining board with a diameter of 40 mm. The retaining board pushes the specimen printing plate down and a spindle connected to a dial gauge measures its thickness. The operator can lift or lower the retaining board by operating a pedal provided beneath the table.
