The DUROCOLOR® has the same moveable tip as the AGROSTA®100 (previously known as the Durofel DFT 100). It measures the firmness, hardness or softness of fruit, vegetables, foodstuffs and soft materials, using a firmness scale to reproduce the sensations felt when touching fruit or other materials. Testing is completely non- destructive, carried out on the surface of the fruit or material to be tested. As soon as the firmness sensor is removed from the fruit, a photo is taken by the software and analyzed.

DUROCOLOR® provides simultaneously the Durofel index and the color level according to : Ctifl standard, Tomato index, or pure white reference - No button has to be pressed, the data is displayed automatically when maximum pressure is detected.
