Cycle Salt Spray Chamber can be used to test the salt fog resistant performance of materials, products and their coatings. Such as, parts, electronic components, metal materials of protective layer and industrial products. They can also be used to evaluate the quality of the coatings.
The Use
Cycle Salt Spray Chamber can perform multiple tests, including: Salt Fog, Heating and Cooling, Humidity, Drying.The tests are programmable. You can set the test procedures according to your requirements.

- Adopt high precision temperature and humidity controller for temperature, humidity and drying tests.
- Two poles air inlet decompression to ensure stable spray pressure.
- Spray tower has conical disperser to lead and adjust the uniformity and dripping volume of salt fog.
- Perfect safety protection device with audio alarm and auto stop function.
- Have saturate process for spray compressed air to ensure stable test environment and prevent nozzles from block.
- With time controller for auto power off when setting time arrive.
