Function and structure
YAW-300B microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic cement pressure testing machine is mainly used for compressive strength test of cement mortar.
The whole test machine is mainly composed of main engine, oil source electric control cabinet and computer printer. The machine adopts hydraulic loading, oil pressure sensor force measurement, PC -electro-hydraulic proportional control technology to automatically control the test process. The test process is in full compliance with the requirements of GB/T17671-1999 "Cement mortar strength test method" (ISO method) , special computer software realizes full-screen Chinese window display, real-time display test force, test force peak, test force-time curve, Data processing, storage and printing are available.
The main machine of the boring test machine consists of a top beam, a lower beam and two columns to form a fixed frame. The cylinder piston is fixed on the lower beam by screws. The above is the main component of the mainframe and is fixed on the base with screws.
?Hydraulic system principle: The function of the electromagnetic reversing valve is to quickly return the oil. The manual valve group can not only manually control the rise and fall of the piston, but also provide a stable pressure difference for the electro-hydraulic proportional valve, so that the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve becomes The electro-hydraulic proportional speed regulating valve realizes the parallel connection between the manual control and the automatic control. The specific working process is as follows: the motor drives the oil pump to rotate, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is pressurized by the oil pump and enters the oil filter, and the filtered oil passes through the manual valve. Or a proportional valve controls the flow into the cylinder to control the test process. The valve comes into the high-pressure oil chamber through the throttle valve to seal and reduce the friction between the cylinder and the piston.
