YAW-2000D microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine

 

Function and structure

 

YAW-2000D microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine is mainly used for compression testing of various materials, such as cement, concrete, various building bricks, rubber mats, concrete members, metal members and other compressive strength tests.

 

The whole test machine consists of main engine, servo oil source, electric control cabinet and computer printer. The hydraulic loading, hydraulic pressure sensor, PC -electro-hydraulic servo control system automatically control the test process, and the computer screen displays test data and curves for data processing, storage and printing.

 

The main frame of the crucible is a double-screw frame structure, and the cross member is coupled with the lead screw through the screw mounted thereon. The lower end of the screw is firmly connected to the base through the snap ring and the nut. The motor mounted on the beam drives the wire to rotate through the sprocket chain, and the beam can be moved up and down after changing the direction of rotation of the motor. The upper pressure plate is coupled to the beam by screws; the pressure block fixes the oil cylinder in the center of the base, the piston and the work table are coupled by screws, and the lower pressure plate and the spherical seat are fixed on the work table through the positioning pins. When the control oil enters the cylinder, the piston is pushed up together with the fixed table and the lower platen, so that the test force gradually acts on the sample.

 

The hydraulic principle is the load-adapted oil inlet throttle control system. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high-pressure gear pump into the oil passage through the motor, and flows through the check valve, the high-precision high-pressure oil filter, the differential pressure valve group, and the servo valve to enter the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder and achieving control of constant velocity test force, relative displacement, and the like.
