MR-S10D Electro-hydraulic Servo Four Ball Friction Tester
The MR-S10D electro - hydraulic servo four-ball friction tester is in the form of sliding friction. Under extremely high point contact pressure conditions, it is mainly used to distinguish the low, medium and high extreme pressure performance of the lubricant, including the maximum no seizure load P B , Sintering load P D , comprehensive wear value ZMZ and other three indicators. This machine can also be used for lubricant anti-wear performance test. If special accessories are used, end-face wear test can also be performed to determine the friction coefficient of frictional parts. This machine is mainly suitable for industries such as petrochemical industry, steel metallurgy, transportation and universities.
Feature
- The loading cylinder is composed of ordinary plunger cylinder, linear motion ball bearing and afterburner shaft, with
low friction and little influence on the accuracy of test force. - The test force sensor adopts a load sensor, which is installed between the afterburner shaft and the piston, and
is sensitive to changes in the test force, and the test force display has a high accuracy. - The test force is controlled by an electro-hydraulic servo valve, which has fast response to changes and high control accuracy,
with little influence on the test results. - embedded ARM microprocessor control system and a 10.4 inch TFT LCD true color based on
the systems, stable performance, advanced technology. The appearance design of the whole machine meets the requirements of aesthetic
