WAW-1000L microcomputer controlled steel comparison line testing machine
WAW-1000L microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo steel strand testing machine, mainly used for tensile test of prestressed concrete steel strands, suitable for metallurgy, construction, aerospace, scientific research institutes, etc. Test operation and data processing conform to GB /T5224-1995 "Prestressed concrete steel strands" requirements.
The main engine adopts the cylinder under the main unit, four columns and two lead screws, the stretching space is located above the main machine, the compression test space is located between the lower beam of the main machine and the work table, and the upper and lower jaw seats adopt a semi-open structure, the rigidity is good, and the jaws are clamped. The long length ensures that the strand is neither slipped nor broken from the middle. The lower beam is lifted and lowered by a motor, a sprocket chain, and a rotating screw to adjust the stretching space.
