TPJ-W30 microcomputer controlled spring fatigue testing machine

 

This machine is mainly used for fatigue life test of various coil springs and car suspension springs. Widely used in spring production, application and other industries.

Full function microcomputer operation;

Fracture protection function;

The dynamic test load time waveform of four jobs is displayed at the same time and displayed as a curve. Record the load change of each working sample, and store the sampling data of the test on time or according to the number of vibrations, and calculate the load change rate of the sample;

Custom adjustment test amplitude;

According to the drawings or process requirements, develop a test plan, including the number of vibrations, vibration frequency, sampling interval and other test conditions, in order to carry out automatic control test;
